Pro Touch Soccer Academy was created to develop young players through high-quality coaching and strong values. While football is at the heart of what we do, PTSA is about building a positive community that supports growth, confidence, and ambition. We create an environment where players feel inspired, supported, and empowered to work towards their dreams—both on and off the pitch.

Our leadership team brings extensive experience in youth development and football, supported by strong safeguarding standards that prioritise each player’s wellbeing. Driven by passion for the sport and commitment to our community, we create safe, inspiring pathways for young people to grow, learn, and thrive every day.
Chris Franco
Interim Academy Director
Chris began his journey in education and sport with Pro Touch, developing a strong passion for nurturing young talent. He holds a first-class honours degree in Learning and Teaching and played football to a semi-professional level. His experience as a primary school teacher in London and later in directorial sports roles shaped his leadership and development-focused approach.

Chris Chen
Director of Administration
Chris Chen joined Pro Touch as Director of Administration in May 2025, bringing over 20 years of finance and operations experience from the fashion and nuclear transport sectors. He oversees funding, facilities, and league partnerships across 15+ London boroughs, helping ensure young people aged 4 to 25 have access to high-quality sporting opportunities and sustainable development pathways.

Chris Franco
Chris who joined Pro Touch Soccer Academy when it was founded in 2006 as a coach. With strong expertise in strategic planning and programme delivery, he has built the academy into a space where young people develop confidence, skills, and a love for football within a supportive community.

Emma focuses on sustainability, fundraising, and building organisational capacity. Her experience in securing resources and partnerships ensures Pro Touch can continue offering high-quality programmes and opportunities for all young people in the community.

Maria Bermudez
Maria has been part of Pro Touch Soccer Academy for several years, starting as a volunteer and progressing into a key leadership role, known for her warmth, dedication, and commitment to positive opportunities.
