Maria Bermudez

Maria Fernanda Bermudez has been actively involved with the organisation since 2009, initially joining as a parent. When financial constraints made it difficult to continue paying monthly fees, Maria stepped forward as a volunteer, supporting the organisation through the collection of monthly fees, managing funds for uniforms, and assisting with tours and activities.

In 2016, Maria took a temporary break to focus on raising her young children. She returned in 2020 with renewed commitment, expanding her role to support administrative and financial operations. Although her professional background is rooted in childcare, Maria embraced the opportunity to develop new skills and contribute strategically behind the scenes.

Her long-standing dedication, hands-on experience, and deep understanding of both families’ needs and organisational operations underpin her role as Director, where she continues to support sustainable growth and community-focused delivery.
